Nectar Honey Masque
This mask was created to be a one-stop-shop for all of your hydrated, glowing, gently exfoliated skin needs. It’s supremely moisturizing due to humectant properties glycerin and two types of honey (both raw, organic, locally sourced and manuka), while a cocktail of fruit enzymes and botanical extracts help gently slough off dead skin to smooth and brighten.
Scent: Sweet, fruity, earthy, honey-like.
Feels like: Organic, natural candy for your skin.
This product is handcrafted in small batches, and is infused with Reiki before reaching your door. Colour and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Honey and Manuka Honey
Raw, honey is rich in enzymes, antioxidants, and minerals, and is naturally antibacterial. It also has humectant properties to help draw moisture to the skin. Manuka honey is honey made from the nectar of the manuka plant, a more-potent relative of tea tree. It contains additional antifungal, bactericidal, and antibiotic properties that are passed on from the manuka nectar.
All the honey used in Nectar Honey Masque is raw, unprocessed, and organic.
Pineapple Extract
Pineapple extract contains high levels of the enzyme bromelain to help fight inflammation and soften skin by gently exfoliating.
Papaya Extract
Papaya extract contains fruit enzyme papain, which helps to gently exfoliate and increase skin cell turnover.
Aspen Bark Extract
Aspen contains salicin, a natural and gentler form of salicylic acid, which helps to soothe and condition skin while fighting acne-causing bacteria.
Honeysuckle Extract
Honeysuckle extract has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and detoxifying properties. It also contains saponins which help gently cleanse skin.
Rose Petal
Rose petals have naturally astringent and hydrating properties to help tone skin.
Aloe
Powdered aloe vera is added to this mask for its soothing, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties.
Vegetable Glycerin
Glycerin is a natural humectant, to help draw moisture to the skin. It also has emollient properties to help smooth and soften skin. The vegetable glycerin used in this product is GMO-free.

For external use only, discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid direct contact with eyes, flush eyes thoroughly if contact occurs.
Best when used within 12 months of opening. Store in cool, dark place.

Ceremony
Open jar carefully, and stir to ensure product is thoroughly mixed. With clean, dry hands apply a thin layer to freshly cleansed face while skin is still wet to damp. Leave on 15-30 minutes. You may feel some warmth or gentle tingling as the fruit enzymes start to activate. Rinse with warm water while massaging skin gently to encourage exfoliation from herbal extracts.
Nectar can also be used as a cleanser: take a quarter-sized amount and massage into wet skin, then rinse off and follow with toner and facial oil.
All Ritual products are crafted from potent herbal ingredients, without the use of pthalates, parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, synthetic dyes/colours/fragrances, and are never tested on animals (only on willing humans!)
